Tovah Wellness is a physician-led, in-person medical weight management practice dedicated to helping individuals improve their health through thoughtful, individualized, and sustainable care.

Physician-Led Care

All care at Tovah Wellness is provided directly by a physician. Patients are not rotated between providers, and care is not delegated to non-physician staff.

This model was intentionally chosen to ensure continuity, careful medical decision-making, and a personal investment in each patient’s health journey.

WHY

Tovah Welness

Tovah Wellness was created out of a genuine passion for helping people improve their health in a meaningful way. Too often, weight management is approached through rushed visits, protocol-driven models, or environments that prioritize volume over care.

This practice was designed to be different — focused on listening, medical judgment, and long-term health rather than quick fixes.

About the Physician

Tovah Wellness is led by a physician who is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and has completed advanced obesity medicine training through the American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM).

Through years of clinical practice, it became clear that effective weight management and metabolic health require more than protocols or brief encounters — they require medical judgment, continuity, and a genuine commitment to the individual patient.

This practice reflects a conviction that when time, trust, and clinical expertise come together, patients are better positioned to achieve sustainable and meaningful health improvement.
